What are your personal fitness goals?
I’m currently working on building more strength mentally and physically.My fitness goal is to get leaner muscles especially on my legs and abs

I love sharing my passion and knowledge when it comes to fitness, to help others reach their goals and stay motivated. I would love for my fellow sisters to join me in this rewarding journey and together reach our fitness goals.
I love being around people and that allows me to educate and motivate them through anything especially fitness related .Yet again “No Excuses “

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
My fitness lifestyle begins in the kitchen, by always consuming healthy meals which consists of high protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates. Nutrition is the main key to a healthy lifestyle. Drinking water is as important as your nutrition.
My workouts consist of cardio and lifting (not too intense). I always make sure that I have fun and enjoy my workouts. I workout 4-5 in a week with recovery days which are highly important. I’m aiming for leaner muscles and being mentally and physically strong.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I live fitness. I love and enjoy keeping fit and working out, it has become more than just a lifestyle. Everyone that knows me will tell you how much of a go getter I am and giving up on my goals is never an option ”No Excuses“.With that I know I will set out a great example to other women and motivate them to set goals for themselves and achieve them.
