What are your fitness goals?
I am a goal digger, quite literally. I thrive off setting goals and giving my absolute all. Being and feeling strong, Healthy, happy and fit is my ultimate goal. Yes im after that number one spot, but that has never been the purpose behind the lifestyle i live. I eat and train the way that i do, so that I’ll never have to sacrifice my happiness, my fulfillment and most importantly my purpose for living. No goal of mine is ment to take over my life, but instead they’re set to compliment eachother.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I believe in what I do and tackle each new week with a winning attitude. I know I am powerful beyond measure and can achieve anything I set my mind to. Being able to work towards a goal that’s all mine is one of the biggest blessings. Many people outside of my world might see my lifestyle as a “chore” or “sacrifice”, but the truth is, I do what I do because I genuinely want to.
To me, a fitness lifestyle is a way of being a better version of myself not only physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I want to inspire others by the way I train and the lifestyle I lead, and I believe being the USN Face of Fitness will give me the platform to do so. My best is enough, and I will SHINE BRIGHT!
