Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
To reduce overall body fat percentage and increase muscle mass. I’m striving for more muscle definition while still maintaining a feminine looking physique. I’m also working on increasing my strength with regards to weight training as well as my fitness with regards to running/cardio.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I am extremely passionate and in love with fitness and believe that it is a lifestyle. I love weight training and pushing my body during every session. My physique is different in build and fitness/leanness as compared to previous winners of the competition, which I believe will open up the brand to reaching an even larger demographic. I have also noticed that not many of the previous winners of the competition are women of colour and as a woman of colour with dreadlocks, I believe that I am a representation of the diversity not only in fitness but in South Africa as a whole. I would also love to inspire more women to lead a healthier lifestyle and introduce them to USN products as they have aided me during my fitness journey. Being the 2019 USN Face of Fitness would give me a good platform for promoting an all-rounded healthy lifestyle. I have used USN products throughout my fitness journey and would love to be an ambassador of the brand as the USN Face of Fitness.
