I recently quit my job as an aupair to focus on my studies and pursue my passion for fitness. I’m currently completing my Counselling Psychology honours degree with Unisa and completing my personal training certificate. A healthier lifestyle has helped me overcome so much psychologically that I feel it is something I want to share with women of colour. Nothing clears my mind like a good training session and a nutritious meal. I would also love to promote fitness modelling as well as bodybuilding to women of colour, to show them that it’s achievable.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I live a fit lifestyle. My IG page will tell you that. I eat nutritious meals to fuel my body, I weight lift 6 times a week. My life sort of revolves around fitness.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I’m currently prepping for Mr and Miss Westrand under the Bikini Fitness category. However, my goal is always building more muscle.
