Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals is to reach out to young women, young mothers, working women and your everyday female who thinks fitness is impossible with our busy lifestyle. I want to encourage the average female that fitness can be fun and a lifestyle goal. Our youth would need to get educated that health and a fit lifestyle is beneficial for our body, mind and soul. Most of all to share my journey from been an introvert and unfit to a confident IFBB contestant who leads a fit and healthy lifestyle. #FitnessIsPossible
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I stepped on stage for the first time in the IFBB east coast classic competition and I placed 5th. I came 1st in the future fitness legends.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I walked the footsteps of many South Africans who thought fitness was impossible due to work obligations, parenting and financial constraints. I walked the journey of making fitness part of my lifestyle and surprising myself that it all starts with lifestyle changes and dedication. I improved my self confidence by working out and competing in the IFBB, my commitment to fitness saw me rise from 5th place to 1st place in just a week. I want to encourage everyone that a healthy lifestyle is beneficial in more ways than one. Healthy body is good for your body, mind and soul. I live healthy and practice fitness to live everyday to see my son grow.
