Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I want to take my body to a different level in terms of sculpting and toning, to improve my current look. Ultimately I want to become a Physique athlete and compete at IFBB Arnold Classic Africa. I also want to one day participate in the Comrades Marathon to scale my fitness level. I want to be the 42-year-old woman who still looks like a 30-something and keeps on inspiring women, both young and old, to follow a similar lifestyle. I get compliments from women and men on a daily basis wherever I go, especially my clients. I also want to have my own studios.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I have completed the gruelling Soweto Marathon four times.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
