What are your personal fitness goals?
I want to improve my flexibility and build stronger muscles. I also hope to further my career by becoming a Yoga instructor and a CrossFit coach. My personal sporting goals include participating in the Two Oceans and Comrades ultra-marathons, and step on stage at the IFBB Arnold Classic Africa as a Fitness Bikini athlete.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I am passionate and dedicated to fitness and healthy living. I am living proof that you can be whatever you want to be. I will inspire, motivate and empower other women to pursue their passion and follow their dreams, while educating them about the importance of staying active, fit and healthy, not only physically but mentally and emotionally too.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
A follow a nutritious and healthy diet that provides all the essential nutrients on a daily basis. I support this approach with supplements and drink 3 litres of water a day. I track my daily calories and don’t consume sugar and sweet stuff. I train 5-6 times a week. I’ve also introduced meditation into my fitness lifestyle.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I am a firm believer that you can’t be what you can’t see. I like to encourage women and girls to think outside the box and shatter the glass ceiling. As a fitness professional who advocates a healthy lifestyle, I am deeply committed to assisting clients and others to become more active on a daily basis.
