Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I train 5 times a week and I rest on Sundays and Mondays. I sometimes do a 5km run. Before lockdown I used to go to the gym and train with a personal trainer. I started an exercise routine during the lockdown and I exercise with my friends and family remotely using a video conferencing app. I’m the instructor and show them the exercises to do. I share good diet advice on the WhatsApp group. I consulted a dietician and follow a prescribed diet. I have 3 main meals and 2 snacks and drink about 3 litres of water. I’m currently studying to be a personal trainer to gain more knowledge about fitness and to train others.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
When women hear that I have 2 kids and see my weight-loss journey and how I still keep fit, they will be motivated to do the same and I will encourage them to use Biogen products. With my profile we can reach young and old ages, professionals and business people and all different types of people and races. I have the look, the body and the personality.
