I’m a very passionate and outspoken young lady who’s very zealous. I’m currently studying a Bachelor’s of Social Science degree with Political Science and International Relations at Northwest University. I fell in love with the gym at the age of 17. It became my escape from the busy world. Apart from my amazing transformation, it allowed me to appreciate the beauty of life while keeping me sane.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness has become a way of life to me because my first encounter with going to the gym was actually a fantasy escape to a world known only to the mind. But as soon as I understood what fitness was all about, it slowly became a habit which, in turn, ended up being a part of me. Fitness is the core of who I am as it helped shape me into the individual that I am today. The priceless emancipation found in fitness creates space for a happy person with a high level of confidence, self-love and calmness. I work out 5 times a week and rest on weekends as the body needs to recover. I also follow a healthy balanced diet, which is what you learn once you understand fitness – healthy eating and exercise go together. Results in a transformation help you appreciate who you are.
What are your personal fitness goals?
Fitness is not just a sport but life to some of us. Going to the gym helps emancipate your mind, body and soul to a point where it radiates positivity into your life because you feel good about yourself and the level of confidence is just exceptional. My personal fitness goal would be to maintain a healthy lifestyle which guarantees happiness. But the bigger picture would be to inspire people and help them understand what fitness is about and teach them to fall in love with the sport and themselves.
