Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
To have a muscular body, stay healthy, look younger and live longer. I also want to inspire people to do the same. I changed my unhealthy lifestyle by using exercise as an energy booster on a daily basis. I want to empower others to also use exercise as a weapon for health, rather than searching for excuses to avoid it. I want to show people that there are endless ways of incorporating fitness into their daily routine, by finding methods that they enjoy and that also fits in with their lifestyle. I want everyone to know the importance of staying fit and healthy to avoid unnecessary diseases.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
Every time I want to quit or give up, I remember ‘why’ I started and how far i have come. I have reclaimed control over my body, mind, and my health through fitness. I am committed to working hard and setting a great example as the USN Face of Fitness. I want everyone to know that regular exercise can create remarkable changes to your body, your health and your life. Many people with ill health find it difficult to focus on a daily basis due to loss of motivation and pervasive low mood. I want to change that by showing them that moderately intense exercise and working out promotes happiness and focus as it increases the brain’s dopamine production.
