Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I would like to keep my fitness levels at the highest level possible to my physique, toning my muscles and being able to have the confidence to enter my first bikini body competition in the near future. At the same time maintaining healthy eating habits and the stamina for my motorcycle racing career.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I was a provincial and national gymnast, and tumbler was cheerleading captain for the cheerleader squad for high school. Currently, the SA ladies 600 motorcycle champion, rated 1of the fastest ladies in the world on two wheels was also the cover model for the Get it Magazine for July 2019
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
Being a fitness and health junkie all my life I would be a perfect choice as USN Face of Fitness ambassador for 2019. I strive to live a healthy life and making sure my fitness level is always at a peak.
I live a hectic lifestyle of being a mother to very active 2-year-olds. Working as a sales rep on the road every day/ running a household and competing in a very male-dominated sport of motorcycle racing.
My means of self-preservation is to exercise every day in the form of weight training, running and boxing. I also train young girls on their motorcycles on weekends, helping them improve their skills and helping them with training and stamina. This is food for my mind, body and soul.
I feel I will be an inspiration to all women. Show that being a mother/wife racer does not have to get in the way of enjoying life and keeping healthy at the same time. Keeping your body toned and in peak condition is not only for men, but women can also do anything they set their minds and hearts on.
