I’m a bubbly, outspoken free-spirited human. I adapt easily anywhere I go. I love meeting new people and learning as I believe we live to learn on a daily basis. I’m determined and goal driven. My biggest competitor is myself because I believe that all I need to be is better than the person I was yesterday. I love people who change lives whether that is through fitness or in other ways because I believe every good deed is a stepping stone to a better future.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I participated in sports at school to avoid afternoon studies. As I grew up, I joined the gym to heal, vent and solve problems, but in the process I realised that it was changing me for the better, physically, emotionally and mentally, I felt good, I slept better, and I looked good. Fitness fits perfectly into my lifestyle because it is my life. I’m at the gym 4-5 times a week. I also hike and I plan to start outdoor cycling.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I have always been an active person, going to gym, hiking and running marathons. Before COVID, I used to run, but in May this year I lost my brother who I was so close to. When he departed this earth, something in me died as well. I stopped gyming and living, but a week ago I decided to go back to gym as part of my healing process. My fitness goal it to be consistent and driven. I want to be fitter and stronger than I was before so I can help motivate others to take better care of their bodies as well.
