Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I want to study Personal Training so that I can learn more to achieve more and attain the perfect physique. I would love to start my career path in the fitness industry to help others reach their fitness goals, and by showing them that it can, in fact, be done. I want to improve my physique to compete on stage in the Bikini division. My ultimate aim is to help obese children, because that, in my opinion, is where it all starts. I want to be an inspiration for both adults and children struggling with this epidemic as they’re not alone, and these health risks can be overcome with the right nutrients and state of mind.
What fitness achievements should we know about?
I placed 2nd in the Jenna Carmen online challenge.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I absolutely love fitness – I consider myself a “fitness junkie”. It is a way of life for me. Fitness is not only good for the image, but it is also great for the mind and soul. If your mind, soul and body are in tune then you are truly unstoppable. Balance is the key in my fitness journey. I personally want to achieve and learn more and cannot imagine doing so with anyone else other than USN and Fitness magazine. I consider myself to be a social butterfly, a go-getter and a motivator. I’m a hard worker and I am devoted to my work. When I set goals, I don’t stop until I reach them. Each time I reach a goal, I set the bar a bit higher for myself, simply because I am confident in my abilities and I believe in myself. Considering the world we live in today, where there is such a lack of self-love, appreciation and motivation, I would like to make my mark by inspiring others to also devote themselves to a better lifestyle, so that they too can understand and know their worth.
