What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals are definitely to keep being a better version of myself today than I was yesterday and to keep proving to myself that limits are self created and can be conquered. I would like to prove to other people that results can be achieved even when other people might state otherwise.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I have recreated and conquered so many versions of myself whilst all whilst being a full time Mom, an entrepreneur, eating well and overall living a healthy lifestyle daily. Always doing my best to nurture myself body, mind and spirit.
I know what it feels like to overcome limiting beliefs and in turn feel proud of myself for doing so and I would love the opportunity to help and inspire other women to believe in themselves enough to do the same and show them that the best results happen when action stems from self love as opposed to self loathing.
I really believe that life is such a gift, the body is a temple, health is wealth and all all 3 should be valued deeply.
