Tell us more about yourself:

What are your fitness goals?

To improve my flexibility, balance and ability to breathe through exercises with the help of yoga. Secondly, to start with kickboxing, I’ve recently gotten into self-defense as well, so I’m building onto that foundation as I believe is important for any woman. Lastly, I would still like to compete on stage as a bikini fitness model.

Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?

  • Started hosting training sessions for students who want to live a healthier lifestyle
  • Being part of and managing Battery FindYourFit events (2018-2019)
  • Completed sports massaging short course (2018)

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?

I am an ever-evolving young woman who is determined to change the mindset of other women regarding health and fitness. One thing I find to be an obstacle for many is the nature of their diet. It is rather easy to stray away from eating correctly when you do not have a proper eating plan and nutritional information. Therefore it is imperative to know that even if you fall off the wagon, long term consistency is the key.

I am looking to convince more and more young women and men to engage in exercise, exploring their bodies and working out. Not only does this guarantee healthier you but it keeps the essential parts of your body at their optimum best. I have seen improvement around the ones I train.

More active, more effective, better body posture, proper required rest and sleep. I also wish to instil exercise and kinetics into the elderly as their muscles get stiffened and bones become fragile with age. I am trusting the knowledge that I’ve acquired from the sports massage course and my degree.
