I love life and always strive to make the right choices for my body and mind. I believe that if you live healthy, it filters through to every aspect of your life for an overall balanced life.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is my entire life at the moment and takes up a big part of my day. Between meal preps, children, work and everyday life, I manage 2 workouts a day. I am up every morning at 4:30 am to hit the gym by 5 am for fasted cardio, followed by a core workout. After a full day of work, I’m back in the gym in the afternoon for weight training.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My dream is to compete in Las Vegas as an IFBB athlete. I have a dream to study personal training and advanced nutrition to help other people meet their fitness goals and realise their full potential.
