To motivate others in my community by achieving overall health and wellbeing.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
My teaching abilities will help me to educate the masses about health and wellbeing. There’s a shift of a sort that is required in cultural norms around diet and training within my community, which I have started changing with my friends, colleagues, gym members, and associates. With superstitions and myths around women with muscles, I believe there is a need for re-education to redefine what is socially acceptable for females. So many women lack confidence when it comes to their outlook, and I would like to demonstrate how it can be resuscitated through health and wellbeing.
