What are your personal fitness goals?
Honestly to encourage as many people out there as possible and also to see others (my clients and members) achieving their fitness goals.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
It’ll definitely help me a lot by making it easier to reach a lot more people who need help in making the right decisions for their healthy lifestyle. I’ll continue using this opportunity to create awareness about the amazing life you can live in the most healthiest aspect. Taking down the rate of obesity is one of the things I will try to make the biggest change with as well.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I love fitness but I do not over do it, to prevent injuries. So I make sure I train a minimum of 3x a week. In my week I’ll have strength, cardio, combat training and stretching as well as sometimes adding a bit of core in between. I make sure I have a day rest as well to recover.
Cake is my weakness but I make sure I keep on track with my eating plan, which is very important for my lifestyle.
