What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal goal is to tone up. This is a challenging goal because you have to find a balance in protein intake and also weight training but I’m up for the challenge. My daily goal is to embrace my body as it is leading up to the image that I have created in my mind which is the best version of myself.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I believe that there is nothing as powerful as your story and that is because people relate to authenticity. It has the power to empower without the need to shrink yourself or to be anything you are not. I am planning to merge my story and vision with that of #BiogenFaceOfFitness. I am bringing authenticity and passion to the table and I know that the women in this country will rise up to the fitness challenge that I will evoke in each one of them while they are being fuelled by Biogen products.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
We all have busy schedules and as a medical student my day goes by really quickly. Working out is the one time of the day where I’m the happiest and yes there are days where i feel exhausted and don’t feel like doing anything but because i believe in the power of consistency i always say, “my feelings have to catch up“. In a week I have 2 sessions of HIIT, 2 sessions of strength training, 1 session where I train 5 other medical students, 1 session of yoga and 1 inactive day. For my diet, as a student, for breakfast I usually have oats and fruits, lunch I have tuna with 2 slices of bread and milk and for supper I usually have rice, chicken and some vegetables. I snack on fruits mostly (I love my fruits).
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I am the Biogen Face of fitness because I believe that most women can relate to me. These are women with busy schedules but are still dedicated to their fitness and healthy living. As a medical student I have a voice in my country when it comes to the core of what healthy living is and I believe that will inspire other women especially if I practice what I preach.
