What are your personal fitness goals?
When I first started working out I used to look at fitness icons and I’d always say that that was my fitness goal, until I trained for so long and didn’t look like any of them and that’s when I realised that the only goal I need to have is to be the best version of myself, the best that I Minenhle Hadebe can be..and for as long as my body can allow, I will always challenge myself to be better than I was the day before.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
One of the things that keep me going other than my burning passion for fitness, has always been how much people around me are constantly inspired by my progress and their willingness to learn from me. I’ve conducted Boot Camps and had people enquire about my workouts and nutrition plans, and therefore I would use the #Biogenfaceoffitness ambassadorship to reach out to an even greater number of people, those I already inspire and those I am yet to inspire, to teach them more about the importance of nutrition when venturing into a fitness lifestyle, how it not only makes you look and feel good( because when you look and feel good you can conquer the world) but how it gives you a better and longer quality of life, I would also continue to live and lead a healthy lifestyle so that I am not only the ambassador of the brand but I live it too.

“If you want something that you’ve never had, you have to be willing to do something you’ve never done”
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
For the longest time I was training yes but I wasn’t really seeing any tangible results, until I had to step up and educate myself on the importance of nutrition and how much of a role it plays in achieving your fitness goal. It was a hard transition to move from eating almost everything and anything to having a detailed meal plan , but I taught myself that all progress happens out of your comfort zone and I didn’t want to stay there. Fitness has become such a mandatory part of my life that my days don’t feel complete if I don’t train. I always encourage the people that I train to enjoy working out so that they will want to come back and do it again tomorrow and that’s definitely one of my mantras as well. And with that said, that’s how I have managed to stay so consistent with fitness, it’s become a lifestyle, any other form of living would not make sense anymore, fitness has not only changed how I look and feel, it has definitely given me a better quality of life!
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I think that I am the Biogen Face of fitness because I believe that I’ve got the results that YOU want.
I believe that I can and will represent the brand for all that it is and all that it entails, by continuously instilling a healthy mindset in everyone that I come across, continue to inspire and motivate those that I already inspire and those I am yet to inspire. I fully understand the importance and impact of nutrition in fitness and I am a living testimony to what it can do for one’s fitness journey, and therefore believe that I am fitting to represent the brand that teaches/promotes everything that has led me to this point in my fitness journey.
