What are your fitness goals?
I live to uplift by setting a great example, It inspires me to see others achieve their personal goals and feel their best.
My fitness goals for the rest of 2019 is to be recognised for the fire I have and the drive I possess to achieve anything that I set my mind to, Im ready to be diverted to an entirely different level and inspire more to follow in my footsteps.
Next year I will be co – ordinating a Lifestyle EXPO where I will have a platform to promote health and fitness creating a fun environment for the entire family.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I had an exceptionally successful Empowering Women Event last year at Cotswold Downs Golf estate over 500 ladies wanted to attend, I organised dieticians a fashion show with local designers and with the help of another instructor we showed the ladies of the Upper Highway area the BalletRIP workout.
I have recently designed my own brand of workout that incorporates every style I have instructed over the past 6 years.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
If given the chance and the platform I would represent the USN with a proud heart and the passion to go the extra mile.
This application is last minute and for some reason I had a feeling I should enter today, I might not be currently in my best shape but I always do maintain and eat healthy throughout the year and with something to work for Ill be leaner and fitter in no time.
