Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I think my biggest goal far above and beyond competing is definitely to motivate, inspire and influence others. Also why I enrolled for my Life Coaching Course at Trifocus. It took me over ten years to start following my dream, and it doesn’t have to be that long for others.
I want to show and teach people that we are the captains of our own whip. And no matter how we grew up or what circumstance we find ourselves in, we still have a choice of how our future turns out.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
- 2017 – Competed at WFF World Championships in Cypress – Placed 5th in the world.
- 2019 May – Received my WFF International Pro License
- Will soon start my next prep to compete in the WFF Universe in Italy May 2020
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I aspire to inspire. I love to train with as many as possible people to motivate them and to influence them to start making better, healthier choices with their lives.
I think my goals explain my passion very well above. I am a sincere, honest person, and I want to show as many as possible people that I believe in them, and they should believe in themselves.
I was once where they are, I had no confidence and zero self-esteem, and it was an inner battle with myself to get where I am today. Simple things like taking a selfie and post it on social media seemed like the impossible for me at one stage, but here I am now, entering the 2019 Face of Fitness competition
