Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My goals are based on achieving overall wellness, good health and longevity. I live the lifestyle rooted in my goals, day in and day out, as I spend most of my time promoting it to my clients, and many others who I interact with. I love weight training, and I would like to correct the misconceptions people have about women who lift. I want women to know that you can have both muscle and femininity. I like to say that a girl can be both beauty and the beast.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I live fitness. I breathe fitness. I am fitness. I aspire to inspire many people, especially women. Our society is one which puts women down in terms of their appearance, and limits them in terms of their abilities and roles. I want to have an impact in the revolution where women rise above all the stereotypes, and portray their inner and outer strengths, using fitness as a medium. Being the USN Face of Fitness will help me accelerate my vision.
