Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My long-term goals include competing internationally to represent my country as an IFBB Bikini Fitness athlete. I also want to expand my personal training fitness studio so I can coach and help more women to achieve their health and fitness goals. My short-term goal is to appreciate and make the most of every day, to constantly move forward, and to be the best, healthiest and happiest version of myself, to hopefully inspire other ladies to do the same.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
In school I represented my district for hockey, soccer and water polo. I also made the KZN squad for soccer. In 2018 I decided to compete in my first IFBB Novice show, where i placed first in my line-up and won the ladies Overall title.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I have a passion for health and fitness and wish to share this passion with others, to help motivate, encourage and support ladies to take care of and love their bodies. So many ladies suffer with a low self esteem and eating disorders and have the wrong mindset towards eating and exercise. I wish to help change their attitude and perspective towards nutrition and training, because healthy mind equals a healthy, happy body!
