What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goals are to get stronger and maintain the balance between physical and mental fitness. I would love to do a triathlon one day!
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
After I had my children I changed my lifestyle completely and I lost 15kgs. I think I inspire women because I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your own skin. I was in the same position as many women are in and I worked really hard to change and if I can do it then anyone can:)

If you really really want it, nothing will get in your way!
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I am a personal and online fitness trainer but I live a balanced lifestyle because as much as I love to train I love to eat! I think it’s important to have balance and take some time out to work on mental health as well as physical health. I workout almost every day and I absolutely LOVE to see people push themselves to achieve their goals. I love cardiovascular training as well as weight training. I actually just love being outdoors and moving:)
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I think I am an inspiration to many women who are wanting to change their lives for the better because that’s what I did. Health, fitness and helping others is my passion. I always want to be the hardest worker in the room and show people that they can achieve their goals with the right guidance and support.
