Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My goals are to become an IFBB Pro Fitness Bikini athlete, while continually improving my body to beat my previous condition and improve on areas I need to build on. Along with this; my main aim is to continually live an active and healthy lifestyle, even during my off-seasons. I wish to continue to educate myself about the latest trends within the industry, and improve my knowledge about nutrition and physical training.
What fitness achievements should we know about?
This is my first year competing as a Fitness Bikini Model with the IFBB. I placed 2nd at the Millennium Gold Plate. I qualified and competed at the Arnold Classic Africa, and placed 2nd at the IFBB Gauteng Provincials, where I qualified for the IFBB Nationals.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I believe being the USN Face of Fitness is an amazing platform to grow and represent USN and myself, both locally and internationally. To be a representative of the brand will be an honor and an even higher motivation to reach the goals I set for myself. I aspire to be a motivator to all. I am a passionate, social and hardworking individual. I am driven by success and through this drive; I hope to inspire and motivate others no matter what their goals are. I aim to guide others to believe in the beauty of their dreams, as I have done. To lead by example, while encouraging others to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. Being qualified as both a personal trainer and in marketing, I believe this elevates my understanding of what I can do for USN. I believe that I can truly represent what the USN brand stands for. If you want something as bad as you breathe, you will do everything in your power to achieve it.
