Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I respect the fitness industry.︎ I train 4-5 times a week and I enjoy ︎ teaching and participating in HIIT classes and recreational activities like hiking and taking long walks. ︎I am cautious when it comes to what I eat, and︎ I don’t drink or smoke.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
My passion for fitness runs deep in my veins. I can proudly say I was saved by the heath and fitness industry through sports. From the age of 14, I knew I had to study and know more about fitness to help people not just on a physical level but a mental level as well.
