I am a philanthropist. I find joy in helping people across all spheres of life. I’m passionate about physical activity, exercise, fitness, nutrition, massage and psychology, which led me to study Biokinetics (life through movement). On my lazy exercise day, I tap into yoga and meditation. I love reading and I am always willing to learn new things. I’m also business minded. My goal is to run a wellness centre (gym, spa, physical rehab) in the next 6 years.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness gives me an opportunity to feel successful every day. The adaptations my body makes as a result of training prepares it for life itself. It offers me an opportunity to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Fitness is a form of self-care and self love, which is what makes it important to incorporate it into my everyday life.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My ultimate goal is to focus more on establishing healthy habits than on results. I also aim to find an effective nutrition plan that works for my body and makes fitness a lifestyle.
