What are your personal fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to continue training with consistency, remember to have fun while training.
To run a sub 50 minute 10km
To podium in my age category in a half ironman event
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
My aim as a health and wellness coach is to assist, empower and inspire women.
Especially women over the age of 40, to realise that being the best version of themselves, is not only about physical health and fitness, but also about self-love and realising self-worth. More and more women over 40 seek transparent inspiration and information with respect to their aging bodies without being forced to look younger or become invisible. Not allowing stereotypes and age to limit their potential or what they can achieve.
I would set out to make a positive and lasting change to their health. Then guide them through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits. Encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals. This includes support and inspiration to continue moving forward, even if they have specific health-related issues.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I workout/train 6 times a week.
My training schedule consist of cycling, open water swimming, running and strength training
I use Biogen products to fuel my body during exercise and competitions/events
I try to stick to a clean eating balanced diet
I believe a healthy lifestyle leaves you fit, energetic and at reduced risk for disease, based on the choices you make about your daily habits. Good nutrition, daily exercise, and adequate sleep are the foundations for continuing good health.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
My positive outlook on life, my passion for fitness and healthy living are the perfect combination to inspire women to realise we don’t have to fit into the mould of others’ opinion, or the fluctuating standards of society, but that we can feel awesome growing older, rather than overwhelmed.
