Tell us more about yourself
What are your personal fitness goals?
To gain more lean muscle and decrease my fat percentage to have a more toned look. Doing this will give me more confidence to eventually step on stage at a bodybuilding competition in the Wellness division.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
The dedication and drive that I have can be infectious. I hope this trait will reach other women who want to make a change to their lifestyle to become a more healthier and happier version of themselves. Winning this competition will give me more reach beyond my social platforms. The sponsorship and the prize money will be used to invest in a life changing fitness business, which will focus on a woman’s physique and her happiness and confidence. I want women to know that you do not have to be skinny to be beautiful and living a healthier lifestyle is the best change anyone could do.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
Everyone was a beginner at some point.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I’m an active CrossFit athlete, a coach, and a fitness enthusiast. I live for the gruelling daily gym sessions with my team, the fun diets, and the smiles of progress after weeks of dedication, sweat and tears. I live, eat, sleep, and breath fitness.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
My journey can inspire many women to make a change to their lifestyle. Not only do I work a full-time job, which can be stressful, but I also fit in all my workouts and healthy meals in my day. And to top it off, I recently completed my honours degree in business management and I aspire to study further. I think a lot of women get discouraged because of time constraints but I am living proof that a woman can do it all if she sets her mind to it.
