What are your fitness goals?
- My goal has always been to be as strong and fit as I can possibly be. To me it`s all about setting goals and crushing them.
- My personal goals include building more muscle and maintaining a fit body.
- I would love to inspire women to do the same.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
My last big achievement was sports wise were I came 7th in South Africa in 800m track ( 2013) and 11th in Cross country.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I would be a good candidate for the USN Face of Fitness 2019 because I live and believe in living a fit and healthy lifestyle. I want to show women that fitness can be obtained and maintained on so many different levels. I want to inspire the normal girl who is afraid of lifting weights and training hard to become strong and confident in herself. I was there once. I believe fitness gives women a platform to create an impeccable self image and to gain confidence in themselves. I want to inspire women to become exactly that.
