What are your fitness goals?
My biggest fitness goal is to inspire, motivate young mother’s to achieve they fitness goals. My goal is to show them that one can be fit and still be able to be a mother. One should not be didactic by society norms. My goal is to motivate them to not give on themselves cause they have a child. You can still be a mother and be fit.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
My fitness achievement for this year would be I became a female bodybuilder this year under the federation of Ifbb Wellness fitness category. I have competed in Novice, King Shaka, East Coast, USSA and KZN Provincials. In all of my competitions, I have managed to place in 2nd place. I have entered Cross fit competitions and came first. I have also done running races such as the Mandela Marathon finished within the required time.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I think I’m the next face of USN because I’m passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, I’m self driven, I love working with people and I have a baby. I believe that could motivate, inspire and attract more mother’s towards USN. I think I would make great a USN Face of Fitness because I would also inspire young ladies that a not skinny built. That you can be thick made and still be fit.
