What are your personal fitness goals?

To stay healthy, reach my goal weight, build lean muscle and inspire my children to be healthy and active. Going to the gym and having a set routine would be a super goal, since my children are still very young and there is always one or two of them who manage to sneak into the car before I leave to go out.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

It would be a great opportunity for me to take my hobby to the next level and pursue a career in health and fitness. I would love to help more women become the best versions of themselves by living a healthy and active lifestyle. I would love to show moms that you can instil so many good and healthy habits in your kids and be a great example to them.

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

Never, ever quit!

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

I keep active by running and playing with my kids and making exercising fun and educational. We also like to go to fun runs and we started doing the local Park Run until it was all stopped by the lockdown. I love teaching them what I know so they will learn how to be healthy and active. Sport was a big part of my upbringing and I have always enjoyed staying fit and exercising. I would love to instil my love for sport and fitness in them.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

I would be a good ambassador because I live a very healthy lifestyle and would love to share my knowledge with everyone. Motivating people and young mothers through this achievement would be my greatest goal.
