What are your personal fitness goals?
To commit to a healthy nutrition based way of eating.
To gain healthy weight/muscle.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I will inspire other women to live a healthy/fit lifestyle by creating content around how I personally get through every day, and how I make good healthy choices daily on the foods that I eat and workout schedule, I will also show the ladies through my content how to incorporate Biogen products into their meal plans and get results. I would also like to host in person events, when the right time/opportunity is available to help more women understand how to get started and stay on track with their healthy/fit lifestyle.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I am planning all meals around my weight gain goal, using a nutrition based approach to my food choices and preparation of meals.
I workout for 5 days in a 7 day week. (with my workouts being between 45 minutes and an hour a session)
Stay hydrated as much as I can.
I also incorporate shakes and protein powder and recovery shakes into my daily routine.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
As I am at the beginning phase of my health/fitness journey, being the Biogen Face of Fitness means, I can take my current and future audience with me on my growth and transformation journey, not only the physical transformation, and also the mental journey I have been on and will continue with to not only be healthy and fit but be healthy in the mind also. I am best suited to show and teach people out there how to use Biogen products to achieve great health and fitness goals. As the audience watches me change my life and build my presence in the fitness industry and become a better person overall, this will shed a bright light onto the industry and all the competition sponsors.
