I am a full-time university student pursuing my national diploma in the performing arts, specifically dance). I would describe myself as a fitness and dance enthusiast. I am disciplined, goal-driven and ambitious. One of my greatest strengths is discipline and I believe if you are someone who is into fitness, then discipline should be one of your top habits to develop.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is what wakes me up in the morning and brings me joy. As a dancer, it’s important for me to feed my body healthy nutrition and to stay fit by being active. I get almost 11 hours of dance training every day from Monday to Friday and 2 hours of gym from Monday to Saturday. As a dancer, I need to keep working on my muscular strength, endurance, stamina and flexibility. At this point in my life fitness has become a lifestyle and I love it.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goals are to stay healthy and fit, become a personal trainer and be able to help other people reach their personal fitness and health goals.
