What are your fitness goals?
To get stronger, both physically and mentally. To be an influencer as a healthy fitness model. To be an ambassador, or be part of an established sports brand to advance my fitness profile. I also plan to become a fitness & health coach.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I am very passionate about fitness and health. I believe that health and fitness is the answer to many of life’s complications, especially in relation to our mental and physical state. Fitness balances an individual’s body, mind and soul. It positively contributes to how one can perceive life, and It promotes a sound mind and body. I love living a healthy lifestyle and working hard towards things am passionate about. I would like to help others reach their goals in their fitness journey, though firstly setting the perfect example. What drives me to wake up every morning is knowing that no amount of money will ever buy you health. I personally have to wake up every day with a positive mindset am actively work going to get healthy and consistently work out daily. Therefore, I believe It is up to an individual to discipline themselves and work hard to achieve their goals.
