Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goal is to gain weight however, it must be the right kind of weight, meaning building muscle and looking the way I desire whilst being healthy. I want to gain weight because I have struggled with gaining weight for so many years and joining gym was my last hope.
When I joined gym I did it with the hope that I can cross the 50kg mark as I had never seen that number on my scale. I must say the results thus far are amazing. I have gained close to 4kg in close to a years time and I am happy with the progress. My ultimate goal is to weigh 55kg of good muscle weight, look and be healthy at the same time.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
Not at the moment however, I plan to run the comrades marathon in the next two years.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I think I am the USN Face of Fitness because I believe I am relateable and my story is different. I started my fitness journey because I was not happy with the way I looked and I was desperate to gain weight.
Being the USN face of Fitness will help me highlight the importance of looking and being healthy as people assume that when one is smaller in structure, they are healthy and happy, which is far from the truth.
Being the USN Face of Fitness will also help motivate me to keep going and never stop thriving to have the body and health that I desire.
