What are your fitness goals?
Firstly I want to train hard and put a positive mindset for my coming competition which is the provincials. I want to stick to my diet while using my USN supplements ( USN dietwhey isolean, USN All9 amino and predracut lipo x). Secondly with the experience, I’ve been gaining throughout my competitions and my training I want to improve so I can reach a level of being a personal trainer. Lastly I want to keep up with the training and dedication towards this lifestyle so that I can get sponsors and unfold and expand my fitness lifestyle.
Any sporting/fitness achievements we should know about?
- Placed 6th at the Millennium Gold Plate which was held on the 13th of April
- Placed 5th at the Boksburg Classic which was held on the 13th of July
- Made it to top 8 at the USSA 2019
- Placed 2nd at the North West provincials and was selected for SA Nationals
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
Fitness is more than waking up and going to the gym. It’s about dedication and hard work, sacrifice and being comfortable in your own body. It’s about making self records and reaching your limits and be able to challenge yourself to exceed them. I believe that I am the next USN Face of Fitness because of how I define fitness and I view it. The USN supplements and my dedication to the gym are the keys to my positive mindset and great results.
