What are your personal fitness goals?
Belly fat is my biggest challenge. I want to reach a point where I know exactly what to do to win the fight against it. I want to develop firm calves because these are a cherry on top for a woman wearing heels.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
As an expiring embryologist, I will use the ambassadorship to teach women about the benefits of exercising, especially for fertility. I will also use this platform to establish a children and youth community outreach programme in my hometown so that they can tap into talents they never knew they had.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I work out every alternating day of the week. I first go for a 3,5km run then do a 30-minute workout. Each day has its own focus, namely core and cardio, stomach and arms, and legs.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
As somebody who has had negative thoughts about exercising, I believe I can inspire other women to start exercising as I have learned that my mentality almost derailed me from knowing what exercising is really about and that it has long term benefits. I believe that the Face of Biogen should be willing to teach and learn throughout the year and offer the brand values like good character and versatility. I possess all these qualities.
