What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to set a healthy example for all the girls and women of South Africa. To be a person that can motivate women to be themselves. And to start believing in themselves so that they can achieve any goal in their life, no matter how hard or difficult it would be for them. As a personal trainer, the best feeling in the world is when you see your clients face when they achieve their goals and that they are happy and motivated. Helping other people achieving their fitness goals makes me feel like I am achieving a goal in my life.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I played netball and rugby matches for fun.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I think I can be the next USN Face of Fitness because I can motivate people to be fit and healthy while having fun while I keep fit and healthy. I think I can motivate people and be an excellent example for the woman of South Africa to be themselves and to be more confident in their body.
