I hold a certificate in basic forensic investigation and a BA in Motion Picture. Being raised by a woman who has been physically active from when I was a child nurtured my love and enthusiasm for health and fitness. My mother would wake up in the morning and go for a run before preparing us for school. In my teenage days, she started forcing me to join her for running on weekends. From there, I was encouraged to look after myself and make fitness a lifestyle. I am a hard worker who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. I take advantage of every opportunity presented to me. One must set goals when it comes to fitness and use every chance to their advantage.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
A fit body leads to a healthier mind. Staying active helps me maintain a healthy weight and reduces my risk of disease. As an aspiring actress and a director, being mentally well and physically fit is imperative. As a performer, self-confidence is everything and being confident in your physical appearance gives you the conviction to excel in your craft. In most cases, auditioning briefs look for characters with great physiques and the ability to perform. Therefore, I always have to make sure that I am physically ready for those kinds of roles whenever I get a chance to play the character. Performance comes naturally knowing that, from the beginning, I have ticked all the required boxes
What are your personal fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to become the best version of myself, to get stronger, and improve my endurance and flexibility. As a woman who experienced abuse and bullying growing up, being both physically and mentally fit are vital for me. Now, considering the times we live in where women are continuously being physically abused, being physically fit is a need. I need to be strong enough to defend myself under any circumstance and be able to endure any challenge that women are normally expected to give up on. Flexibility creates greater strength, improves physical performance and creates a positive state of mind. My overall fitness goals are gaining self confidence, health and physical fitness.
