What are your personal fitness goals?

To tone up and build my upper body strength because my weak upper body makes it hard for me to do certain exercises.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

There are a lot of misconceptions about women who lead a healthy, fit lifestyle. I regularly get questions like “why are you still going to the gym when you are already ‘skinny’?” This tells me that people are misinformed, especially women. I will use the ambassadorship to create platforms that educate women and change these misconceptions.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

I work out 3-4 times a week. My workouts consist of light weight training and cardio and I have started incorporating boxing lessons. I eat 3 times a day with two snacks between my meals.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

My consistency, dedication and my love for fitness. After not making it to the finals last year, I took it as a learning curve and I went back and prepared myself mentally and physically. I watched how the past winners do things and learnt a lot from them. I believe that I have come back with a different mindset and even more knowledge.
