What are your fitness goals?
To improve my running times. I also want to get fitter to defend my title as the reigning champion of our local running club. I also want to build a defined yet balanced body with proper muscle definition, and hope to start a career in the fitness modelling industry.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I’m a 14-times Comrades marathon finisher, all have which have been consecutive finishes, despite having 2 kids during this time.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I have what it takes. I am a self driven, self motivated, and focused young woman who is full of vitality. I have a passion for fitness and strive to live healthily and create a balanced life. When I set a goal I work very hard to make it a reality. I have a winning attitude and I am quite eye catching. I am a girl who sees possibilities where others see defeat. I believe in miracles, which is why I have completed 14 consecutive Comrades ultra marathons. I am capable of managing a demanding full-time job, training for endurance events, and being a mother while also managing a home. I believe in my ability to inspire and winning the USN Face of Fitness will give me the opportunity to reach out to more women around the world. Fitness is the air that I breathe, it is my life. By winning I will get to do what I am passionate about for a purpose, and become a brand. I want to change lives and inspire. I want to become a fitness model.
