I am a professional gym-goer and ‘quadfather’ – titles I gave myself and hold with great pride! I love trying out new forms of exercise, ranging from strength training to boxing and everything in between. As much as I am a serious competitive athlete, I believe we should find ways to make fitness more inclusive and fun for all fitness levels.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness does not fit into my lifestyle. It is my lifestyle. It’s my personality trait. I started my journey by losing over 20kg and I have proudly evolved into your everyday gym-boet. But in all seriousness, fitness fits into every facet of my life. It has taught me discipline, patience, and trust and believe in the process. Fitness and health is also the only thing I have complete control over. In this ‘new normal we are living in, it has helped keep me grounded and focused.
What are your personal fitness goals?
To become a successful IFBB Wellness athlete and get my Springbok blazer in bodybuilding.
