I am a model in the beauty pageant industry. I’m an aspiring life coach working towards getting my qualification as a life coach and neuro linguistic practitioner. I am interested in mindset development and I am currently reading books about mindset. I work for an insurance company and have been there for the last 10 years after starting in sales. I do not believe in luck. I believe in creating my own success while overcoming adversities. I have never been a fitness model before but there is a first time for everything. i really believe in taking leaps of faith. I conquered rape in 2019 and working out has improved my mood.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I have learnt that through simple workouts my confidence improves, it enhances my well-being and I stress less and deal with my anxiety. This lifestyle also challenges my eating habits which is going to be extremely good for my health. I am not disciplined with regard to my eating patterns and through this challenge. I am looking forward to a better version of myself.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I would like to leave a legacy of living a healthy lifestyle, not only by convincing people to watch their lifestyle but also by looking the part. I want to spread a winning message that living healthy takes a lot of sacrifice and that it is an easy task. All you need to set yourself up for success is a challenge and a positive mindset. I want to look fit and healthy. I want to be radiant and strong. I want to improve my self-esteem.
