Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals are not only to look lean and fit but also to obtain flexibility, strength, endurance and muscle gain during my fitness journey. The goal is to grow in fitness in any way possible and learn new ways to stay in shape and looking good. The goal is to be comfortable in my own body and be proud of every progress I make; however small it may be. My fitness goals don’t only end with my getting to the body that I want but also helping others get to their goals.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
Fitness has become more than just a lifestyle for me; it is part of my identity. Everyone who knows me knows I won’t leave a conversation without speaking about fitness. I believe I am the next USN Face of Fitness because I sleep, eat and breath the brand of fitness. Nothing excites me more than going to the gym and getting in my daily dose of a workout.
I also encourage people to keep fit, and I love nothing more than helping people get to their fitness goals. When people tell me I inspire them, it truly blesses my heart, and by winning the competition, it will give me an opportunity for a bigger platform to do what I already love doing and making the world a healthier place, one person at a time.
