I am originally from Polokwane in Limpopo. I love fitness. It is more of a lifestyle to me than just trying to work on changing my body. I am driven and ambitious when it comes to achieving my goals. I am confident and passionate about what I put my mind to as I always follow through to making it happen.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
The first thing I do every morning is a home workout, go to the gym or take a morning jog. I make sure I do this before I do anything else because fitness is part of my lifestyle and an important part of my daily schedule.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goals are to increase my muscle mass and reduce my body fat percentage to look leaner and have a more snatched waist.
