I am a proud mom to two amazing toddlers. I am loud, energetic, bubbly and full of personality. I am a numerate, diligent, deadline driven, and a focused individual who addresses objectives with enthusiasm. I display a high degree of self-initiative and good interpersonal relations, which enables me to achieve my goals, either independently or within a team environment. I love the outdoors and a round of golf, and I am absolutely crazy about healthy cooking and baking. Over the years I have set myself challenging goals, career-wise and on a personal level, and have consistently achieved them with flying colours. I know my strengths as well as my weaknesses, and how best to apply my abilities to successfully accomplish challenging tasks. My core values are honesty, integrity, and loyalty and I firmly believe to always be humble and kind.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I always say a fit body leads to a healthier mind. Fitness or being active plays a major role in my life as well as in my household. I’m in the gym most of my day. If not, I’m teaching my kids the benefits of being active and healthy. So there is always time for a walk, some jumping squats or a game of “touchies”.
What are your personal fitness goals?
To have consistency in training as well as dieting, to have a proper time schedule for short-term goals, to be in it for the long run, to focus more on healthy habits rather than results, to step outside of my comfort zone, and to bring the best version of myself to stage at the IBFF World Cup in October.
