Tell us more about yourself
What are your personal fitness goals?
To be the best version of myself – fit, healthy and strong yet feminine.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
To encourage others and make them feel empowered by loving the skin they’re in and being confident in their body. I would like to show other women that there is nothing wrong with having a strong body, feeling beautiful and being fearless and confident in who you are. A strong woman is someone who is in control of her life and unapologetic about who she is.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I started gyming seriously in 2018. I then added a Pilates class once a week, which helped reduce muscle stiffness and improved my core strength. While lockdown has been an uphill battle with gyms closed, I found alternatives to keep active. I joined a community Tabata class at a local school, I hike regularly, take walks with my daughter, and recently joined my church group on a cave exploration. As a sales rep I’m either on the road or working from home, so meal prepping has become a part of my daily routine to avoid garage convenience foods. I kick off my mornings with a Biogen Lean Whey with Collagen smoothie. A general healthy and active lifestyle has become a part of me. I’ve never felt in better shape mentally and physically.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I believe I could inspire other women to lead a healthy lifestyle. I am dedicated, focused and fearlessly strong.
