Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I aim to improve my physique every time I step on stage, while maintaining a healthy and natural look. I recently competed in an IFBB show and am prepping for another competition. I want to inspire and motivate others to start their fitness journey, I want people to look up to me, because knowing that my fitness journey has helped others to reach their goals makes me even more motivated to work harder. I want to show other ladies that you don’t have to cut out entire food groups to be healthy and manage your weight.
What fitness achievements should we know about?
Since 2014, I’ve competed in 7 shows and have placed top 6 in a number of them. I competed in the Rossi Classic and the Rossi Grand Prix shows in 2014 and 2015. I also competed in the WBFF in 2015, and started competing in IFBB shows in 2016. I now have the privilege to compete at SA Champs.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I believe that I have what it takes to represent the brand well. I have a huge passion for fitness and nutrition, and have completed my Personal Training Certificate and Athletic Nutrition Course through Trifocus Fitness Academy. I train at least 6 days a week, whether I’m prepping for a competition or not. I love to try new workouts and new recipes using supplements like whey protein or BCAAs. Fitness is a way of life for me. I aim to inspire others through social media platforms, where they can see my fitness journey and will hopefully feel motivated to start their own fitness journey. Fit looks different on everyone and that is perfectly okay! As long as you’re putting in the effort to make the change, that’s all that matters.
